Client TestimoniesJessica was a God-send. Our daughter was suffering from anxiety and listlessness /depression after 18 months of virtual school during COVID. Jessica taught her amazing skills to be able to work through and process her emotions and kept us informed with how we could help her every step of the way. Thanks to Jessica and New Seasons Counseling we have our happy, outgoing little girl back and she has been equipped with skills to help her, not only right now, but in the next stages of her life as well.
“My experiences with Matt have been amazing. He is understanding and welcoming when we talk. I always feel he is engaged in what I have to say and has allowed me to feel comfortable enough to develop a level of trust necessary for real issues to be addressed. I always leave our sessions feeling decompressed, but also with new view points and self reflecting questions to think about on topics I struggle with. All in all I can't thank Matt enough for helping me open up as that is not something I have ever really been good at.”
“Matthew has been incredible ever since I moved to Florida. He has helped me overcome obstacles in my life that I have struggled with for many years. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who is struggling with mental health disorders or if you are simply looking for a therapist to talk to.”
I am beyond impressed by Jessica’s professionalism, creative, safe, welcoming, and encouraging personality. Her guidance during play has Really helped our child process her feelings and feel confident in expressing herself. She has guided us as parents on how best to care for our daughter's needs. Jessica not only is completely present in session but also takes the time to give a thorough review of the session for us as parents. We could not have found a better practice, and or a better therapist, then Jessica at new seasons. She’s the best of the best and I wouldn’t send my daughter to anyone else.
New Seasons Counseling has changed my life. I started seeing Andie about two years ago and she has helped me work through a lot of suppressed feelings and to be kind, yet firm. I feel as though I've really come into my own as a person and continue to do so with the guidance and support from New Seasons Counseling.
Joining New Seasons Counseling was a huge growth point for me! I used to be skeptical about going to counseling but since working with Andie for over two years now, it has been the best thing for my mental health and personal growth! She is so warm and caring that it made it easy to open up and be honest about my life and where I was struggling. One of my favorite qualities about her is that she asks simple but critical thinking questions that help you dig deeper, connect the dots and think in a new way about a situation. I have seen such amazing improvements in myself since starting with Andie and she always stops to have me analyze my growth. I’m so thankful for her and the way she has impacted my life!
